Steve Grove is an asset manager at Avant Energy. Avant Energy provides energy management consulting services for municipalities, colleges and universities, and Native American tribes. In his role he serves as the asset manager for Hometown Bioenergy, an anaerobic digestion facility located in Le Sueur, Minnesota. Hometown Bioenergy utilizes food processing waste in its anaerobic digestors to produce biogas and ultimately renewable natural gas. Steve is responsible for ensuring continued plant operation, implementing plant improvement projects, and strategic planning.
