David Fiocco is a Partner in McKinsey’s Global Energy and Materials Practice, based in our Minneapolis office. He supports companies of all sizes in designing and delivering customer-backed growth transformations and go-to-market strategies across the developed and developing world, including North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. David leads McKinsey’s digital and analytics efforts globally across agriculture, including McKinsey’s Agricultural Commodity Research Engine (ACRETM) bringing “big data” and geospatial tools to make evidence-based decisions.
Prior to joining McKinsey, David was a research consultant with Yale University and the World Bank and worked with the Ministry of Agriculture in Uganda. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Uganda and holds BAs from Duke University in anthropology and public policy, focused on agricultural development economics.
