As Director of the Target Accelerators: Activations and Growth team at Target Corporation, Le’Spencer Walker lends his skills and leads in many areas of the company. He currently leads the Activation & Growth team that supports growth with and for Target’s emerging brand partners; dedicated to developing and providing structured and intentional partnership models for the enterprise. Additionally providing support to identify, develop and guide retail-ready brands aligned to Target strategies throughout their retail journey.

Over his 16 years at Target, he made and continues to make a conscientious effort to align his work with his passions. He leverages his abilities to drive great partnerships through education with storytelling, creating authentic products, leveraging research to amplify strategy, building tools & resources for small businesses to help them succeed, and passionate about bringing joy to all. Previously as a member of the Target Product Design & Development team, he spent 10 years in an assortment of roles such as Sr Product Engineer, Sr Strategy and Operations lead, and Sr. Brand Management. He designed & developed 1000+ products with 7 patents, co-led the Target Owned Brand team communications strategy, previously a member of the Black History Month enterprise assortment team, and serves as a mentor for Target team members in numerous forums.
