Raycho Spilkov is Vice President, Organics Development for Vanguard Renewables. Mr. Spilkov has over 20 years of experience in originating, structuring and executing equity investments and joint ventures in the renewable, thermal power and midstream energy sectors. Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Spilkov held leadership positions with InterGen and then Advanced Power in Boston, MA, where he led multiple cross functional teams in the acquisition, divestiture, development, financing, and portfolio management of over $5 billion in distinct projects on three continents. Previously, he worked as an advisor with Deloitte & Touche in Europe, where he advised multinational energy companies on their growth strategies in Central & Southeastern Europe.
Mr. Spilkov holds an MBA with honors from Questrom School of Business (formerly Boston University School of Management).
