Larry Fox is an experienced attorney representing technology companies and biobased businesses for over 30 years. He serves as outside general counsel to NatureWorks and has provided legal support for other biobased businesses such as Kalion and Segetis. Larry enjoys putting deals together and acting as a trusted business adviser to his clients. He works on a wide variety of matters including complex business agreements, intellectual property licenses, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and company formation, financings and governance. He also serves as outside general counsel, responding to the day-to-day legal needs of his clients. In addition to biobased chemistry clients, Larry represents a variety of companies developing new technologies such as artificial intelligence, hardware, software, and 3D printing. Larry received his law degree from Duke University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
